Once you book your project, we’ll send over an onboarding form to collect everything we need—like your branding assets, copy, and any images. From there, we move into design, revisions, and final handoff. Most projects take 3–5 weeks depending on complexity.

To start the project smoothly, we’ll ask for your website content, brand visuals (like logos and colors), and any reference sites you love. The onboarding form helps guide this process so we get aligned from the start.

All payments are processed securely through Bonsai. A 50% deposit is required to begin the project, along with a formal proposal and invoice. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, accompanied by the final invoice.
